Sensory Diary
Sensory diary template
If you would like to keep a sensory diary, but aren’t certain how, this template might help. Feel free to download it in PDF or Word format and change it to suit your needs, or just make up your own.
Column 1 is designed to help you register your sensations and note other details associated with them.
Column 2 lets you keep track of any other ways you’ve recorded these sensations (audio or video recordings, artwork, etc.).
If you’re willing, we’d gladly receive copies of these to help with the research. Please send them to : [email protected]
